All new accounts automatically receive a 14-day free trial of the Premium tier with no obligation to purchase. At the conclusion of the trial, your account will revert to the Free tier unless you choose to upgrade.
If you have a paid subscription, you can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and visiting the Manage Account link. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Yes. Personal plan changes from an active paid subscription generally take effect at your next renewal. Commercial plan changes take effect immediately, and any net reduction is carried forward as account credit for future invoices.
We do not offer refunds on Premium subscriptions. All new accounts include a 14-day free trial of Premium features to evaluate fit before subscribing. If you subscribe to the Premium tier and later cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your account until the end of your current billing cycle.
Commercial licensing is billed per managed location. You only pay for the locations you manage, and larger portfolios receive better per-location rates at higher volume tiers.
